Shipping Policy

Order processing times:

Usually same day processing (business days) 

Same-day Dispatch if orders are placed before 12:00 pm AEST.

Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12pm through Sunday, or holidays. Packages ship when the order is completed.

Shipping options:

The House of Rags Australia  Orders have an option of Standard or Express Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on orders over $150* Excluding remote areas and weight restrictions apply.

  • NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA Below 10kg

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don't see this email please check your spam or junk folder.

Reshipping Fees
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:

  • Incorrect Address: When an order is sent back because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage fee to have it sent again.
  • Uncollected Parcels: If the courier attempts delivery and the parcel is returned due to not being collected in time, a return to sender fee of $13 will be charged, and a new shipping fee will be required if you would like us to resend it. If you choose not to resend it, we can only offer a store credit.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order comes back to us because it was damaged during delivery, we will resend it at no extra cost to you.
  • Other Shipping Problems: If the return is caused by a delivery issue outside the control of both the customer and our business, we will cover the cost of sending the order again.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • *We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
  • *If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
  • *We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
  • *Items that are over 10kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.
  • All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax)
